A: I work with professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and small business owners looking to elevate their brand and strategy — whether through personal branding or launching a new business.

Resume & LinkedIn Services

Q: What’s the difference between your resume and LinkedIn optimization services?

A: The resume focuses on tailoring your experience for job applications, while LinkedIn focuses on positioning you for online visibility and networking. I also offer bundle packages that include both.

Q: How long does it take to complete a resume?

A: Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days. Rush options are available upon request.

Q: Do you write federal or government resumes?

A: At this time, I specialize in private sector and corporate resumes, but I can also do federal resume if needed. There have been new changes to the federal resume requirements as of September 27, 2025. I continue to keep myself informed on any new requirements outlined by federal government.

Q: What’s included in a business strategy session?

A: We’ll cover your goals, offer strategic insights, and outline clear next steps for branding, marketing, or launching your product or service.

Q: Can I book a one-time call or do I need a package?

A: You can absolutely book a one-time strategy call. Packages are available if you’d like continued support.

Website Services

Q: Do you design websites from scratch or use templates?

A: I typically use Squarespace or Wix for beautiful, functional sites, but I customize the design to your brand. Full-service options include domain, copywriting, SEO setup, and more.

Q: Will I be able to update my website after it’s built?

A: Yes! I build with user-friendly tools and provide a walkthrough so you can manage your own content.

Payments & Bookings

Q: How do I pay for services?

A: Payment is accepted via Zelle, Cash, or PayPal, or through the official Store link. Invoices are also available upon request.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Due to the nature of custom services, refunds are not available once work has started. However, I’m happy to make revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

Q: How do I book with you?

A: Use my Booking Page to choose a service and schedule time. You’ll receive an email confirmation with a Google Meet link if applicable.

Revisions & Support

Q: What if I need changes after delivery?

A: One round of revisions is included with most services. Additional edits are available for a small fee.
